Tasteful Double Storey, Tuscan styled house, situated in upmarket Ferryvale in Nigel, owner managed Aquila and Priscilla is the place for a memorable stopover when you visit the eastern side of Gauteng. Whether you are here on a business visit, a country breakaway or even as a tourist. A & P is you better choice for staying over.

Topographically located on the eastern edge of the Ekurhuleni Metro (formerly the East Rand). Nigel is less than 20 km from the Mpumalanga provincial border. We are only 45 minutes travel from OR Tambo International Airport and going to Egoli (Johannesburg, City of Gold), normally does not exceed an hour, depending on traffic density on the N3/M2. Our neighboring town (15 km to the South) is the steeped in history Heidelberg, the first capital of the Transvaal during the Anglo-Boer war (1880-81).

Aquila and Priscilla offers excellent amenities: five spacious, individually decorated rooms with en-suite bathroom; each room with its own set of crisp, clean linen making your stay comfortable, and neat. Hosting eleven guests in all, Karin and her team presents a showcase of all season hospitality.

RATES - Rates are quoted in South African Rand. Rates are subject to change. Confirmed reservations will be honoured. Rates are exclusive of VAT.

PAYMENT POLICY - We may not accept any foreign currency, however we do accept cash. In order to guarantee the reservation, full pre-payment 14 days prior to arrival, or, if the reservation is made within less than 30 days of arrival, 2 working days after making the reservation a 100% of the total booking fee is payable. Payments to be made via Electronic Payment Transfer (EFT).

CANCELLATION POLICY - Should the reservation be cancelled on the day of arrival, the total amount of booking will be levied. There will be a handling fee of R150.00 on all cancellation of bookings. For cancellations in the HIGH DEMAND period irrespective of the date of cancellation, you will be liable for 100% of the booking fee. We may also levy a 100% cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival. For premature departure you will be liable for 100% of the total booking fee.

NON PET FRIENDLY. The owner herself is truly a pet lover, however, due to sharing the bed and breakfast with a number of guests we regtetfully cannot accommodate pets.
