The bedrooms all have a fridge, DSTV, heating and cooling facilities, hairdryer, telephone, and safe.Each can sleep two to four people. Some rooms are equipped with self catering facilities.Room 9 has self catering facilities and can sleep four.Rooms 10 and 11 can be combined to accommodate a maximum of six guests.

Breakfast is included in the room rates. There are conference facilities, Internet facilities, a swimming pool, breakfast terrace, and garden.It is located close to various restaurants and businesses.

Kloof is located 25 minutes away from Durban which offers whale and dolphin watching, sailing, kite surfing, walking, surfing, bird watching, the Mangrove Swamps, Durban Botanical Gardens, National Science Museum, uShaka Marine World, Sharks Board, Big Swing at Moses Maphida Stadium, Cato Manor Heritage Centre, Durban Harbour, Francis Farewell Square, and Giba Gorge Mountain Bike Park.

2.CANCELLATION POLICY Guests are respectfully reminded that a confirmed reservation constitutes a binding contract. BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd reserves the
right to charge the following cancellation fees should a confirmed booking be cancelled within the following period;

2.1OFF – PEAK PERIODS

2.1.1Cancellation 4 days or more prior to the arrival: BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd charges a service fee of 25 % of the total Invoice amount and in a case of a higher/ pre payment a personal voucher for the remaining amount will be issued.

2.1.2Cancellation 3 days prior to the arrival date : BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd charges 50% of the total Invoice amount and in a case of a higher pre payment a personal voucher for the remaining amount will be issued.

2,1.3 Cancelation within less than 3 days prior to the arrival date : BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd will charge 100% of the total Invoice amount !

2.2PEAK PERIODS

2.2.1Cancellation 4 days or more prior to arrival: BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd charges a service fee of 50 % of the total Invoice amount and in a case of a higher pre payment a personal voucher for the remaining amount will be issued.

2.2.2Cancelation with 3 days prior to the arrival date : BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd charges 75% of the total Invoice amount and in a case of a higher pre payment a personal voucher for the remaining amount will be issued.

2.2.3 Cancelation within less than 3 days prior to the arrival date : BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd charges 100% of the total Invoice amount !

2.2.4 OFF Peak and Peak Periods:

Should no notification of cancellation be received by the guest lodge the full invoice amount must be paid ! In every Case BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd does any over payment only as a personal debit voucher for a use! see pkt. 2.1.1 until 2.2.3

2.3VOUCHERS The vouchers issued are valid for 180 days and are not transferable without the prior written permission of BIZAFRIKA (Pty) Ltd

2.4 Modification of the check in and check out date
If a Client wish a Modification of the booking dates there is a Modification fee of 50 % of the room rate for 1 night to pay! If a Modification is not possible because for the new inquired a date is fully booked is the cancellation necessary to pay!
in case of a late check out after 11:00 am will the next day/nights be charged !

we charge an extra fee of zar 150 in case of a late check in after 20.00 for each room ! our reception close at 20:00 ! late check is only possible by agreement.
