Cancellation two weeks prior to book in date : No additional charge – see peak period where this changes.

Cancellations one week prior to arrival date, forfeit 50 % of full accommodation rate charge.

Cancellations within one week of arrival date,Full accommodation rate will be charged for.

Cancellation for peak periods, long weekends, Indaba week and other main Durban events will require a one month cancellation period. Under one month will incur a full accomodation rate charge.
All refunds applicable will be subject to a 10 % administration fee.
