- 0 to 14 days prior to arrival - 100% cancellation fee of the deposit
- 15 to 31 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee of the deposit
- 31 days prior to arrival - 10% cancellation fee of the deposit
All refunds for early departures are subject to managements discretion
