A deposit is required when booking to ensure your room is reserved, booking up to 5 days in advance, 50% deposit;booking less than 5 days in advance, 80% deposit.

Cancellations less than 48 hours notice or no show, full deposit will be retained & you will be liable for the outstanding balance.
Cancellations from 2 to 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of deposit.
Cancellations more than 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 20% of deposit.
