The lodge has nine conference centers and can accommodate up to 800 delegates in total. Parking is complimentary. Exciting theme evenings and team building events are arranged by request. Orion Safari Lodge offers a choice of 131 fully air-conditioned rooms with en-suite bathrooms, tea/coffee stations and TV facilities. Hotel residents can enjoy a gourmet meal in the Coach Restaurant or in the Usutu Restaurant.

The hotel has the Usutu Cocktail Bar and the Pool Bar where patrons can enjoy a quiet drink. Leisure options includes two swimming pools, two tennis courts, of which one is flood lit, a squash court, a volleyball court. The Orion Safari Lodge has a pool table, darts, jungle gym, jumping castle, and a big screen TV. Popular leisure activities include walking in the Kloof adjacent to the hotel and outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy golf, hiking, abseiling, hot air ballooning, fishing and mountain biking in the Magaliesberg area. Nearby attractions, include a Snake park, Elephant Sanctuary, Local Golf course as well as the Pilanesberg Game Reserve which is home to the famous Big Five.

Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Please note that the full deposit will be forfeited should the reservation be cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival. An admin fee of 10% will be charged on any refunds or held deposits. No shows, same day cancellations and early departures will be charged for in full. Should the reservation not be guaranteed or taken up by 18h00 on the date of arrival, The Hotel reserves the right to release the reservation.
