Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations 0 -7 days forfeit full deposit. Cancellations 7 – 14 days forfeit 75% of deposit. Cancellations 14 – 21 days forfeit 50% of deposit. Cancellations 21 – 28 days forfeit 25% of deposit. For non arrival or premature departure, 100% of the total accommodation fee will be charged. A 10% admin fee will be retained if full booking cancelled. Any bookings over WEEKENDS, some peak periods like Christmas or major sporting events or agricultural shows must be paid up in advance and deposit refunds will not normally be made under any circumstances. Shortened stays are payable in full. Payment for long-term contracts must be done on a weekly basis. However, a 50% weekly deposit must be paid before rooms keys are handed over. We hold the right to give away rooms that have not been secured with a deposit or a signed long-term contract. Please inform us on arrival of any special dietary requirements.
