Nambiti Game Reserve is a 20,000 acre private reserve located near Ladysmith and Newcastle in KwaZulu-Natal and is home to the Big 5 as well as cheetah, hippo and over 30 species of plains game which roam freely through the extensive grasslands and thornveld which mirror the plains of central Africa. The Sundays River, which provides an abundance of water through the reserve, creates a unique sanctuary attracting several rare bird species and an enviable array of raptors and vultures.
