General

Thornwood is a rustic group venue in the southern Waterburg betweem Mabalingwe and Zebula.

We are 200km and 2 hrs from Johannesburg and can sleep 16 with an additional cottage available too.

There is a central boma, with 2 loft rooms , a kitchen, toilets and shower, an amazing deck and a rim flow swimmng pool with a view.

Braais and bon-fires  re held in the boma and pool & table tennis can be played in the games room.

There are 3 chalets with shower rooms, and kitchenettes. Each sleep an Xking or 2 x 3/4 beds , plus 2 singles in a bunk bed .

Free wi fi and TV in the lapa. Cleaning is included an done twice daily.

Zebra and impala, warthog, blesbok and nyala , with transient kudu can be seen from the deck, together with amazing sunrises and sunsets.
