Ya Rena Guest House are situated in Groblersdal, in the heartland of the Sekhukhune Disctrict.Groblersdal is approximately 20 minutes’ drive north of the massive Loskop Dam.The area offers visitors the exciting opportunity of game viewing by boat in the Loskop Dam Nature Reserve. This area is alive with bird and wildlife.

Policy
In order to guarantee your booking a 50% deposit is required.The balance is payable on arrival.No bookings are guaranteed unless a deposit is paid.Ya Rena Guest House reserves the rightto release any booking which is not guaranteed without prior notice.

In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
Cancellation 0 – 14 days before the date of arrival, the visitor forfeits 100% of the deposit paid.
Cancellation 15 – 28 days before the date of arrival, the visitor forfeits 75% of the deposit paid or 25% of the full quote value (whichever is greater).
Cancellation 29+ days before the date of arrival, the visitor forfeits 50% of the deposit paid or 25% of the full quote value (whichever is greater).
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, Ya Rena Guest House will refund the applicable amount as determined by the cancellation terms, within 5 working days.Ya Rena Guest House levies a 7% administration fee on any refunds processed.Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R 185.00 will be levied.
NO refund will be made for any booking not cancelled in writing.
