40 Winks Guest House in Green Point offers excellent service and modern day comforts.This versatile property is ideally situated being close to the sea, shops and restaurants. If you have entered the Argus Cycle Race and are looking for accommodation, then 40 Winks is perfect. Whatever your needs are, just ask and we will assist in making the arrangements for you.

Nestled under Signal Hill in Cape Town you can stroll to the V&A Waterfront, city centre, beaches and Cape Town Stadium. From our guest house you can explore the wonders the Cape has to offer such as the Winelands, Table Mountain, Robben Island and Kirstenbosch Gardens to name a few of the must-see highlights.

The luxury en-suite rooms are all air-conditioned and well equipped. It have tea/coffee making facilities, minibar, hairdryers, satellite TV and a safe.

If you are travelling with your family, then our Family Units would be ideal. This large fully-equipped suite has a King size bed and a pull-out sleeper couch or the other Family unit that has two bedrooms that are inter-leading with adjoining bathroom (shower).

Our self catering apartment is perfect for anyone wanting a break away in our fully equipped units. The apartments has 2 bedrooms one with King size and the other with Queen size beds and a lounge/kitchen and dining area.The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment is serviced daily.Guests staying in the apartment are welcome to make use of the Guest House swimming pool and enjoy the surrounds of the garden.

Guests will enjoy a Full English Breakfast this is an optional extra for self-catering guests. A laundry service is available and there is secure on-site parking.German and English are spoken and the Guest House has Free WiFi internet.Children are welcome.

If bookings is cancelled or guest does not arrive:

0-7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of deposit and balance of invoice

7-14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of deposit

14-30 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit

Bookings cancelled up to 30 days after confirmation subject to R500 service fee charge per room

50% of total processed as deposit on confirmation is non-refundable on same day of arrival

Secure parking is limited and pre-booked at R80 per bay per night.

Late/early arrival fee R300 charged before 2pm, after 9pm (weekdays) and 4pm (weekends and Public Holidays).
