Buffelsfontein Game Lodge situated in Darling, Western Cape, offers accommodation in self catering cottages. The fivecottages have two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, a bar, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioning, and lounge, and can sleep four people. The self catering guest house has six bedrooms that all have en-suite bathrooms, eight three-quarter beds in the loft area, and a lounge with fireplace.The self catering chalets have a hob, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery, one to four beds, and braai facilities.
There is a bush camp that comes with tents, bedding, four hot water showers, two toilets, and braai facilities. It does not have electricity.
Buffelsfontein Game Lodge also offers 4×4 trails, weddings for 250 guests, a lapa, conference facilities for 300 delegates, a restaurant, and waterhole. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and one game drive are included in the full board rates.
Darling is less than an hour away from Cape Town which offers various restaurants and shops, hiking, mountain biking, sailing, deep sea fishing, parasailing, bird watching, game viewing, the V&A Waterfront, Boulders Bay, Two Ocean’s Aquarium, Robben Island, City Centre, Camps Bay, Bo Kaap, Boulders Beach, Constantia Wine Route, Cape Point Nature Reserve, and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.
