A unique selection of luxury properties in trendy De Waterkant Village which is ideally located between the city centre, V&A Waterfront and Green Point. This is a great location to base yourself in Cape Town and within easy walking distance to the International Convention Centre and Cape Town Stadium.

Our accommodation offers space, privacy and home comforts; serviced six days a week with a light service on Sundays with the exception of public holidays. All cottages fully fitted kitchens with living and dining areas with satellite television, manual wall safes and an outdoor area as standard. Master bedrooms have air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi is also available.

Booking Procedure

We rent cottages, properties and apartments medium term during our low season and can offer special rates for extended stays on all our accommodation so please get in contact.

All our rates are quoted in South African Rand and are inclusive of 15% V.A.T. and Tourism Tax.

We accept credit cards - Visa & Mastercard + Union Pay
We accept ZA Rand cash and national EFT in ZA Rand

To secure your reservation we do require a 50% Rental 1st Deposit & the balance of the 50% 2nd Rental Deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival. 100% Rental payment to secure a booking less than 30 days prior to arrival.

A separate refundable Property Security Deposit is required at check-in; this has to be paid by credit card and by the main guest staying. This deposit with be released by our bank account within 7 working days of check-out.

All bookings made will receive a booking form that we require to be completed, signed and returned to confirm any booking.

We will need to take a photo-copy of the main guest's passport or ID book when you check-in and complete a registration form.

If you paid the rental deposits via a manual transaction i.e. non 3D Secure and we processed your card without the card being present, we require to take a photo-copy of that card upon check-in. In addition we are legally required by Visa and Matercard to take a secondary signed manual bank voucher imprint of that card for the same total amount. This is a pre-requisite of all manual transactions where we have to keep this imprint voucher for six months. This voucher is not banked and is distroyed after six months.

Cancellation Policy

No shows or premature departure forfeit 100%
Cancel or amend 0-30 days prior to arrival* forfeit 100%
Cancel 31+ days prior to arrival, credit card & SA EFT** forfeit R300 admin fee

In the event of a cancellation or amendment management may consider refunds where those days can be re-booked after deducting any costs incurred with respect to the re-booking and preparation of the residence.

We do recommend that you take out your own personal travel insurance to cover any potential loss due to unforeseen circumstances.

*Property Security Deposit will be refunded

**International EFT's will be paid back at the ZAR amount we received minus admin. fee
