The room rate is B&B only. We do offer lunch and dinners as an additional cost. We have a walk-in wine cellar and a fully stocked bar. English, Swedish and Afrikaans spoken. No children under the age of 12 are allowed in the rooms. Other facilities on the premises are a rim flow pool, furnished lounge, secure parking and laundry facilities. Massage, transport, golf and golf clubs rentals and boat trips on the lagoon can be organized at discounted rates.

Elephant Suite:
The Elephant suite consists of a unique, top of the range, Hästens luxury bed 2000T 180×210 cm, private balcony with deck chairs and sun lounges, an outdoor sofa with side tables, ocean view, wireless internet, safe, air condition, hairdryer, dressing table, large mirror, smart TV, DStv, SMEG bar fridge, Nespresso coffee and tea facilities, sauna, spa bath & a fireplace.

Captain’s Suite:
The Captain’s suite consists of a unique, top of the range, Hästens luxury bed 2000T 180×210 cm, private balcony with deck chairs, ocean view, wireless internet, safe, air condition, hairdryer, dressing table, large mirror, smart TV, DStv, SMEG bar fridge, Nespresso coffee and tea facilities and a fireplace.

Whale Suite:
The Whale suite consists of a King sized extra length bed 180×200 cm, private balcony with deck chairs, ocean view, wireless internet, safe, air condition, hairdryer, dressing table, large mirror, TV, DStv, SMEG bar fridge, Nespresso coffee and tea facilities.

Seahorse Suite:
The Seahorse suite consists of a unique, top of the range, Hästens luxury bed 2000T 180×210 cm, private balcony with deck chairs, ocean view, wireless internet, safe, hairdryer, dressing table, large mirror, smart TV, DStv, SMEG bar fridge, Nespresso coffee and tea facilities.

Viewpoint Room:
The Viewpoint room consists of a Queen sized extra length bed 160×200 cm, private balcony with deck chairs, ocean view, wireless internet, safe, air condition, hairdryer, dressing table, large mirror, TV, DStv, SMEG bar fridge, Nespresso coffee and tea facilities.

Dolphin Room:
The Dolphin room consists of a King sized bed extra length 180×200 cm, private balcony with deck chairs, ocean view, wireless internet, safe, air condition, hairdryer, dressing table, large mirror, TV, DStv, SMEG bar fridge, Nespresso coffee and tea facilities.

Pansy Shell Room:
The Pansy Shell room consists of 2 single beds, private balcony with deck chairs, ocean view, wireless internet, safe, air condition, hairdryer, dressing table, large mirror, TV, DStv, SMEG bar fridge, Nespresso coffee and tea facilities.

Oyster Room:
The Oyster room consists of a Queen sized bed extra length 160×200 cm, private balcony with deck chairs, lagoon view and side ocean view, wireless internet, safe, air condition, hairdryer, dressing table, large mirror, TV, DStv, SMEG bar fridge, Nespresso coffee and tea facilities.

Policy
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total reservation will be charged.
Cancellations or modifications made within 30 days of the arrival date, 100 % of the full accommodation will be
charged. In the event of a premature departure or no show the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and
confirmed, will be charged at 100 %. A 10 % cancellation fee will then be applicable to all bookings. No refunds applicable in peak season.
Terms and Conditions:
A 50% deposit is kindly requested to guarantee the reservation within 48 hours of making the booking. If booked only one night or within 30 days to date of arrival, full payment is required as deposit. The remaining balance of the accommodation is kindly requested 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Should payment not be stipulated, Head over Hills reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Special conditions apply if more than 50% of the total amount of rooms are booked. Payment can be made by EFT or credit card. All extras are to be settled on departure by guests. Rates quoted are per room per night and include breakfast. We allow a maximum
of 2 people per room. No children under the age of 12 are allowed. Prices quoted are in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices are inclusive of 14% VAT. Any quote depends on availability at the time of acceptance. The rates can change at any time without further notice.
