Okiep Country Hotel offers traditional country hospitality in a modern and elegant setting in the historic and restful town of Okiep, once the site of the richest copper mine in the world. The hotel is a convenient stopover or holiday base for tourists, nature lovers, businessmen and travellers and lies on two major national highways, the N1 and the N7 and is 560 km from Cape Town, 1282 km from Johannesburg, 120 km from the Namibian border, and 800 km from Windhoek.

Okiep Country Hotel features well-appointed bedrooms with en-suite bath and shower and satellite TV as well as air conditioning in all the rooms.Fully equipped self-catering rooms are also available and the hotel offers superb country cooking and an a la carte restaurant.

The hotel features a comfortable, relaxing lounge, ladies bar and swimming pool as well as excellent conference facilities. There are daily air and bus services to and from Springbok and car hire services are available. .

Cancellation policy In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking. More than 30 days prior to arrival 0% cancellation fee. More than 7 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee. .
Less than 7 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee.

Breakfast is R90.00 pp and dinner R190.00 pp (a la carte or buffet). We always give 20% commission on accommodation for tour operators, with 1 free room with breakfast for either the guide or the driver for groups of 10 people or more. No self catering rooms available.
